If I could base the success of a school year on the first day, then the sky is the limit for this class. I am amazed by their respect, patience, and kindness. To prove my point, during our discussion on rights, rules, and expectations, a student had two very mature responses that helped set a tone for our classroom.
As you can see, these two sticky notes show the heart of this classroom. May we all be challenged by these simple words.
Also, I wanted to post some pictures of our paintings. These will be displayed in the hallway for students to post their BEST work.
